"Heaven's Basement is a band that knows, respects and acknowledges their influences, from AC/DC and Zeppelin, but doesn't attempt to copy them. Instead they pick up where these groups left off and carry on the tradition of great sounding rock and roll with an edge! Heaven's Basement is exactly what rock music needs right now." - The Atomic Chaser, THE DRP/All Access Magazine (Los Angeles, CA)

"Heaven’s Basement is dirty. It’s filthy. It’s sleazy. It’s gutter-rock by way of traditional heavy metal, and it’s straight-up awesome. From the minute the five-piece steps on stage you get the impression that this is the band of the night and do they ever prove it. Shirtless and coifed to the sky the band gets down and dirty and receives a boisterous reception for its troubles. Wearing its influences on bare arms (there’s a touch of Sabbath, a smidgen of the Crüe and more than a healthy portion of Axl Rose) iIt’s all snarling lyrics, melting solos and pure attitude. Terrific." - Alex Hambleton, DTA Music Review - Luton '08

"OK so I think I have just about recovered from last night’s gig, one of the best gigs Ive ever had the pleasure of attending, with a great band band with some strong material putting on an enthusiastic performance in a great pub venue in front of a wonderful audience …

all we needed was fall trough the floor (which could easily have hapened) and we would indeed have been in Heavens Basement …

a very sweaty place but happy place …

I am now so full of excitement for the gigs that they are playing with Sign in York and London I think Im gonna burst …

heaven knows how the Bitchin Rock Daughters are gonna cope

Xx"
